HDR broken ps5

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
Summarize your bug HDR is broken can barely see anything no point going past the menu this is embarrassing the fact it’s not fixed on day one patch paid £70 and can’t even play it absolute joke seems only solution is mess with console settings which I ain’t doing for one game to change back every time either fix it asap or refund people end of the day you sold a game that is unplayable in hdr
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just start the game
What happens when the bug occurs? Can barely see anything all black and white
What do you expect to see? A normal screen with colour like you advertised

How can you charge £70 and this is what we get

    Summarize your bug hello I still have HDR bugs on my lg c9 tv with the latest update 1.03
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? from the start of the game
    What happens when the bug occurs? the colors are inverted
    What do you expect to see? repair or update

    I always have this bug every time I launch the game on other zero problem games

    A workaround for now is to adjust HDR: 

    1. Go to Settings > Screen and Video

    2. Select Video Output > Adjust HDR.

    ...but, rather than follow the instructions, when adjusting you should set the white part as bright as possible and the black setting as dark as possible, basically bypassing HGIG. 

    You could also disable HDR on your console or disable HGIG on your TV.

    thank you for the answer but it was to point out that even with the last update these still not solved for me to force to deactivate the HDR is to inform the model of my tv

    @EA_Barry hi, It is not a solution. It is the only game with this problem. The last patch is useless, the HDR is still broken. What are you doing ?

    @EA_Barry The HDR is broken on PS5 still with the new update. The problem is the game... not the settings on your television. Nothing else has problem with my HDR settings than this pile of steaming =#/&"/.

    I also still have this problem. LG OLED65GXPUA. We need a genuine fix to this game, not a workaround that forces us to change HDR settings just for this game.

    Same here on PS5. It is unacceptable that this kind of issues still are a thing. Game cost 79€ and was eaven

    delayd so it should be fixed.
