The game doesn't launch from Steam

The game doesn't launch from Steam, and it says that the game's license is invalid

I bought the game on Steam's sale. When I download and try to launch it, I get this error. I've tried checking the integrity of the files, reinstalling, launching from Steam and EA, directly through a shortcut, with and without a VPN, but nothing works. My EA and Steam accounts are linked, and the game is already displayed in my EA library.
