Hey there. Sorry to hear about your crashing issues with Jedi Survivor. Can you get me a DxDiag? I'll review it for any issues that might contribute to the crashing. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thanks!

Thanks for grabbing the DxDiag for me. It looks like you're running hybrid graphics. You have an Intel iGPU and Nvdia GPU. Let's try forcing the Nvidia GPU to be used. Follow these steps:
- In Windows, go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics and click Browse
- Add: JediSurvivor.exe
- Click the game and then Options
- Select High Performance (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Laptop GPU) and save
- Restart Jedi Survivor and try playing again
Let me know if this helps or not. - REVANTHREDDY26064 days agoNew Novice
I tried it, but it didn't work. Same crash, and I got confused and put the wrong name. Sorry, it's not Jedha; it's the Koboh Gorge crash site mission.

Thanks. This helps. Here's what I want you to do.
- This is for testing. Exit MSI Center completely. End: LEDKeeper2.exe, MSI Center, and NahimicSvc64.exe. Launch the game again.
If that doesn't help, do you have an earlier save you can load? If so, try traveling somewhere else. Then, return and try that mission again. - REVANTHREDDY26064 days agoNew Novice
I tried both; it let me go a few more seconds than the point where it crashed before, and then it crashed again.

Is it crashing at a different point than that mission now?
Here are a couple other things to try.
Turn off the following:
- DLSS Frame Generation
- Multi Frame Generation (if available)
- Reflex (temporarily)
Are you using the EA App or Steam? - REVANTHREDDY26064 days agoNew Novice
I am using Steam, and all these settings are already turned off; it is crashing after around 10 seconds from the previous crashing point.

Can you try again, get the crash and then get me the .log and .dmp files? Thanks!
