Summarize your bug Purchased PS5 Deluxe $20 add on but items are not in the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea.
What happens when the bug occurs? I purchased the add on content, but it is not there. Been seeing this happen to others on multiple platforms.
What do you expect to see? The purchased DLC items to reflect in my account.
I bought the $20 deluxe upgrade, but the contents are not in my game.
- @Scribism Has this been resolved? I just purchased the deluxe upgrade today and it isn't showing up. And yes, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted the console, restored the licenses, all that stuff, and nothing worked.

Again I just had it happen to me! I purchased the Deluxe Edition Disc but the code was expired (the expiration date was last year and when I tried to input it I got an error message and then I realized its expiration date had passed, which I didn't have a problem for the Sparking Zero Ultimate Edition which wouldn't expire for a couple of decades showing Bandai Namco knows how to make DLC codes that last) so I took advantage of the recent 15.00 discount and purchased the deluxe upgrade, but no download triggered and there is nothing in the Manage Game Content setting! I tried to access it through the Console Sharing settings but no DLC shows up to download or restore licenses! Seriously EA needs to fix this issue as I paid money for DLC! Seriously if your going to charge for DLC, make sure the DLC is downloadable! Also haven't had any of these issues with Sims 4!
