PC user, same issue. Hunter vents don't fold out when activating crossguard stance. I've tried every vent set I own, only Hunter has this bug. It's a shame too, they're my favorite one aesthetically by far.
Also for clarity, the Hunter vents animate properly in the workbench menu, folding out as intended. It's in normal gameplay that the vents don't animate, and stay parallel to the blade as in my first comment.
