Well, thanks for nothing "EA Support." I should have known this would be a waste of time.

I've tried all of this already. I can't reduce graphics settings beyond low or turn anything else off, which as I said I tried already. I had older drivers already, updated to the newest, and neither helped. Also, isn't this the only support EA has?
