Yeah, you definitely want to launch from the Epic launcher.

Make sure the Epic launcher and EA app are updated, then restart them both. See if that does anything.

@DarthFDG Hi, they are up to date already. Additionally, I already cleared the cache of the EA app and restarted it. But it still a no-go
