My game keeps crashing

ever since I stepped foot on the planet Jedha - Rendezvous with Cere's Contact my game has continued to crash.. I have done all of the solutions that have been given with the exception of lowering my graphics... I should NOT have to lower my graphics to have this game be playable... fix your game... this has has been out for long enough where this should NOT be an issue..... please FIX THE CRASHINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
