my jedi survivor keeps crashing

for over a week my jedi survivor first refused to load, then any time it did instantly gave me a crash report screen to which no ones ever responded too despite me sending in 10+. when i talked to someone at ea his * gave me a graphics fix instead of a launch fix and then never answered again when i told him that wasnt what i needed. can someone please finally help me ive been waiting forever

    LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG')" is what it says, I'm on windows 10 for reference

    Hey @hoodiebrowder 

    Apologies for the delay. That error most commonly has an issue related to your Graphics card or running. 

    When you have a moment can we try the following?

    1. Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
    2. Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
    3. Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
    4. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
    5. Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.

    If this continues, would it be possible to get a DxDiag?
