Someone has found a workaround, fix a bug with another bug. A YouTube video titled "STAR WARS JEDI SURVIVOR Clip into glitched Phon'qi Caverns" (unsure if I can externally link here so I just won't) shows that you can clip into the walls by doing an aerial surprise attack on the Bedlam Raiders within the basement. I didn't do it exactly how was shown in that guy's video, but I still aerial surprised attacked one of the bedlam raiders while they were standing near the drop down to the basement. If you mess up either reset the enemies by meditating, or just wait for them to lose aggro.
