Same for Me on Xbox Series X and an Elite 2 controller.
Remapped my controller for my playstyle and can't use blaster stance during game at all.
Had to wipe all settings just to get past the tutorial and had to remap everything after that back to how they were for my play style.
Haven't used the blaster stance during the game since.
I wanted to use it for a playthrough but now will wait til they patch this if ever.
How is this still an issue 5 months later? This bug was reported en masse literally day one, it was acknowledged as an issue within a week, and by major patch *7*, we still don’t have basically functional control rebinding? There was no more “more patches to come!” message at the bottom of the last patch notes so, is that it? Is control remapping just going to remain permanently nonfunctional in this game? What an embarrassment.
