PS4 Jedi Survivor Box Glitch/Bug

I'm completely hard-locked from the main quest progression on the ps4 due to a box glitch in Pilgrims sanctuary quest area along the trailhead pantheon area inside this temple with the sutaban inside where you have to move the box then get on the box and pull the rope, but my box after initially force-pushing it instead of pulling it got stuck behind the wall with the chest, then I went to a rest/save spot thinking the box will go back to its normal spot, but then it completely vanished when I went back to the location. 

I also restarted the game and tried going to another world and back to see if it'll get fixed. Tried killing myself to see if it'd work somehow. Nothing thus far.

Wish I could easily make a bug report via playstation. But since it's a game related bug, I came here.
