[OPEN] Non functional Xbox controller buttons

I did as you asked and neither wired or wireless connection work ingame.

I then unplugged even mouse and keyboard (before starting the game) and it still didn't work.

The only thing that works ingame on the controller are the analogsticks, so moving and turn camera, but i can't fight or even open the menu.

I'm also currently experiencing this issue with my Xbox controller on PC, playing via EA Play. All steps have been checked and nothing seems to work still. It only allows inputs from the analogue sticks, both in-game and in the initial menus.

As another test, I opened a different game and tried the controller, and all of the buttons were working correctly. The issue with the buttons not working correctly, aside from the analogue sticks, seems to be isolated to Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

I have the same problem. My Xbox controller only works to a limited extent. The analog sticks all work, but none of the front and upper buttons function. Is a patch announced for this today?

Same. Playing through EA App. Using an Xbox Elite 2 controller, can only move around with the joystick. Nothing else registers.

Same using ea play on my pc with the elite series 2 controller but ive swapped it with the elite series 1 controller and the og xbox one controll all the same results, thumb sticks work completly fine but absolutly no buttons at all have any input to the game, not even pause or select.

is there a fix for this, having the same exact issues. can move around, move camera, but no buttons are interactive. only happening with this game also.

how can such a thing be so broken, and the community manager hasn't come back to update us.

This happens to me as well, no good. Only the joystick part works but none of the buttons.

My Xbox Elite V1 Controller does not work wired or wireless and my wired Xbox 360 Controller does not work.

I can at least say, that my PS4 controller works in the game... but I don't like playing with that one. :D
