Please try to disconnect every USB peripheral from your system, except your Keyboard / Mouse & controller, and check if you're still unable to press any buttons.

I'm having the exact same issues as described here. Only the analog stick works, no buttons work. I've tested it wired and wireless. I've unplugged all other USB devices. I'm updated the firmware. I've done everything listed here with no success. This seems like a bug that should have been caught early and fixed, there seems to be a lot of people on forums all over the place reporting similar issues.
