PS4 Jedi Survivor free upgrade to PS5?

I'm just wondering if the physical disc version of Star Wars: Jedi Survivor on the PS4 has a free upgrade to the PS5 version or not. I ask because while EA's language in their press release is written in a way that's hard to understand, from what I read it says that those of us who have physical copies of Jedi Survivor on the PS4 would be entitled to the PS5 version (digital) for free, and yet it's telling me the upgrade is $20? I'm just confused, that's all.
