Crash in runnable thread RHIThread

I did every step, i even tried the origin thing and still nothing, still crashes after the loading screen and gives me that crash code

@EA_LeeuwI was able to get it to work last night, but in doing so (trying to reinstall the old version of Origin as some others suggested) the EA app got into a state where it was unable to launch or repair itself, even after restarting my PC. So I had to uninstall both the app and the game, and after reinstalling them both (rather than just verifying my existing game files) I was suddenly able to launch the game.

@qstlijku how many tries did it take you? I have done all the same things and nothing

THe game doens't launch and i hace the "Your Game Failed to Launch" error. I've tried all the tips proposed in this thread and nothing worked so far.

I included the ea report number in my original post and submitted an error report via the app. I turned off malwarebytes and did clean bioot and checked my firewall.  Everything is fine game still won't boot.

Game loads up and shows the first few screens but crashes immediately after the Star Wars Jedi logo screen fades.  I get this error:

Confirmed a solution. I have determined that this problem is from either your EA credentials having an issue or an error with how the app is installed on your computer or both. For example, while accessing the EA through Steam, I first tried to sign in through google, which seemed to get the app stuck on this "something went wrong try again" error. What worked: google, EA app. Go to the EA result and download the app fo your OS. If you have already downloaded the EA through steam you will be given the option to repair the app. This should allow you to get on the app, however i for some reason needed to switch from my 5Ghz wifi to the 2.4Ghz band (idk why, probably not an issue for most people). From there you need to sign in with the correct credentials (it might fail you if you don't have a google account but try to sign in again. Once signed in to the app, go to the EA website and sign in to go to your settings and ink your steam account if it already is not. At this point, if you have successfully linked your steam account, and can get on to the EA using the same account, then you should be able to launch the game now. 

TL:DR 

1. Game can't lauch because EA app is having issue getting to your account/ linking with Steam

2. Download EA through EA website (google EA app) and repair your app

3. login to EA app with EA account.

4. Link Steam account through EA website.

5.Launch game. 

@zombielicorice I personally have origin/ea (EA PLAY PRO) version. And i tried everything that was said in this entire thread but nothing worked.

I have followed the instructions for the Game Failed to Launch error, but it has done nothing. Here is my report ID:

I was able to get this to work as someone who purchased my game through Steam by completely uninstalling EA App with Revo Uninstaller and then reinstalling it. Before, the game did not show up in EA but it did after I reinstalled it. Hopefully this helps someone!!!

I tried the Revo uninstaller went through cleared any EA registry items then missed program files . I then reinstalled EA App and still nothing.

I'm thinking this is an issue EA is going to need to fix since regardless of launcher for the game everytone needs to have the EA ap including Steam and Epic.

Oh Gosh dudes. It's worked. So what i did the last:

- Open Task Manager
- Scroll through until you see EA background Service right click
- Choose “Properties”.
- On compatibility click “Run as administrator” then click apply.
 

And finally it's worked!

You can also try this:

- Open up your search bar and type services
- Scroll through until you see EA background Service right click
- Choose “Properties”.
- On Startup type use “Automatic” click apply.
- Under Service status click start then ok.
- Launch the game. I hope this helps someone

Tried this and still doesn't work. I've tried all the advice and still get "There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game." This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to be messing about to get a game to work.

Fnastastic job. After new update game stopped launching again. Are you for real?
