@LordOdinPresents The basement contains a Force Essence and a Force Echo, not a Force Tear. The Hunter's Quarry Force Tear is elsewhere. In case you want to go looking yourself, I'll put this in a spoiler.

The Force Tear is in a cave high up on the cliff face. You'd need to climb the vines to an outcropping below the cliff wall, then use the grapple balloons and a wall run to make your way to a ledge higher up.
