Thanks for attaching the DXDIAG report straight away. It's helpful.
Here are some things to try:
- Use only 1 monitor while you're troubleshooting.
- Make sure Win11 is up to date. You don't need 23H2 - just need to ensure your 22H2 install doesn't have outstanding updates showing in Windows Update.
- Reduce in-game video settings to lowest quality to see what FPS you get.
- Check your virtual memory settings. Mine is set to have Windows automatically manage the paging file size.
- Ensure you have at least 10% free space on the drive where the game is installed and where your Documents folder is (usually C drive).
- While I haven't heard of issues with your version of Radeon drivers, you might try reverting to a previous version to see if that does anything.
- Take a look at the Diagnostics section at the bottom of the DXDIAG report. There are multiple apps that seem to be having issues.
