Skriton knocked me out of its lair

Summarize your bug On the way to Cere, the skriton boss knocked me out of its lair into the unreachable parts of the map. I cannot get back of course. If I die from fall damage I don't respawn at the last meditation point, instead still outside the map. I had to reload the game.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fight the skriton.
What happens when the bug occurs? Above mentioned.
What do you expect to see? Not to get knocked out just to reload the game and start all over again.
