Yes, now it is possible to download the game. Thanks you all, and programmers, that fixed it at EA servers (hope it was different programmers, than those, who made this error). Good luck and enjoy the game.
@Dewill I believe this wasn't fixed by programmers.
EA had corrupted files on their server and they didn't care about it. Steam version worked properly (most probably the same version as EA).
Jedi Survivor developers released patch of the game with some small enhancements (you can check the patch notes - they don't mention any download issue) and as they reuploaded the game to the server, corrupted files have been repaired. I'm 99% percent sure the patch wasn't released to fix this specific issue. It's just "lucky" timing, that they released the patch yesterday.
I mean, that if there was no patch, most probably we wouldn't be able to download it. But the patch wasn't created to fix this download issue.

Truly, it seems the update played the role of an unsung hero, stealthily replacing the corrupted files and inadvertently rescuing us from the clutches of the reported issue. Alas, this post might have found itself drowning in the sea of others, overlooked like a pearl lost in the vastness of an ocean. The audacity of the silence from EA's end is not just surprising; it's akin to Houdini performing a disappearing act with our concerns.
Their support's consistently low ratings might be less of a statistical anomaly and more of a testament to a ship navigating the stormy seas of neglect. The saga of waiting for a game update to unlock the gates of download, despite waving the red flag numerous times about their files, reads like a tragic tale — a screenplay where the protagonist is left stranded, waiting for the final scene to unfold.
In the grand theater of customer experience, it appears EA is scripting a drama of indifference, leaving its audience in suspense, wondering if the next act will bring resolution or yet another plot twist

Awful awful, this process is awful, forst it was the there is a problem with your dl, then that was resolved, but then it was stuck, cleared cache as advised, then it deleted the whole 130gb, then i installed it again, then it said there is a problem please wait, then i waited and its deleted about 30gb of DL
How can this company get away with it, such poor service, no telephone contact anymore(uk) which was great.
I am getting in touch with microsoft/gamepass about it.
