STAR WARS JEDI: SURVIVOR WON'T OPEN

So, I've tried about 3-4 times already. I made sure my account was the right account connected from XBOX PC gamepass to the EA App. I downloaded Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and tried to open it, yet it just kept making me go back to the EA App. What happens is that once I open the game, it pops up the EA App over and over again. I tried restoring, I've tried reinstalling, I've tried clearing cache, I've tried opening directly from EA App, I've tried opening it from XBOX, I've tried every single thing that I could find in reddit or any other forums. I still can't get it to be fixed. Is there a problem with my account or is it just EA?? This is frustrating because I wait hours and hours to wait for the download to finish just for it to not open at all. Fix this or get me my answers EA, cause this is getting too frustrating.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for sharing all the troubleshooting you've already tried.

    Since the game is immediately returning you to the EA app when launching through PC Game Pass, could you try refreshing the connection between the Xbox app and EA app:

    1. Sign out of both the Xbox app and the EA app.
    2. Fully close both apps, including any Xbox/EA processes still running in Task Manager.
    3. Restart your PC.
    4. Open the Xbox app first and sign in with the Microsoft account that has Game Pass.
    5. Open the EA app and sign in with the EA Account linked to that Xbox account.
    6. Run both apps as administrator and try launching Jedi: Survivor again.

    Please also make sure Gaming Services and the Xbox app are fully updated through the Microsoft Store.
