Stuck in the Greez' cantina

The game lagged as I entered the cantina for the first time, now the camera is stuck in one position and I cannot look around, just zoomed in on Cal. Doors won't open and I can't get out. Tried getting to the meditation point downstairs somewhat blind, but the doors aren't reacting.
