"There is a problem with your game's setup. Please reinstall your game."

I have been receiving this error since ~november of 2024. I have tried nearly everything on the internet. Reinstall, repair, dx10 files, c++ files, forcing dx9 and 10 on launch, creating a new windows account, fresh install of ea app, run as admin, deleting cache, update windows, update drivers, compatibility mode, clean boot, firewall, different drive, and basically everything else.

I have no idea what is wrong. I tried looking into the game user settings and the save file to force dx11 but it looked like it was corrupted so it might be something to do with that? I honestly have no idea what could be wrong. I looked at the giant sims 4 thread where they have the same issue and most of their problems don't seem to apply to me. I am going to upload my dx-diag and a picture of my save file anyways. I hope someone can help me find a solution.
