Is there a way to replay that first cutscene? where the character and Shae Vizla talks and a guy on holocam. I have recorded that cutscene for personal reasons, however due to a bug in my recording software it recorded all but nothing black screen. Please tell me and guide me how to replay that very first cutscene with my current character, I do not wish to roll another character just for that cutscene.

It depends on the cut scene. If it's from an in-game event, its once per event so you'd have to wait for the event again. If it's from a Flashpoint for example replaying the flashpoint will allow you to see the cutscene again. Same goes with the chapters for Fallen Empire, Eternal Throne, etc. If you replay the chapter, any cutscenes in that chapter are able to be viewed again.
Outside of that, there is no way to replay cutscenes.

Unless it's part of the Knights of the Fallen Empire of Eternal Throne expansions, it can not be replayed. A new character is the only way, sorry.
