@Belgorad @ExiledRival Thanks again to you both for answering my question so quickly. I'm curious though. How well did this go over with the community once the collection system was implemented? Many of us spent real-world money on these items only to no longer have access to them. Also, the only way to access these pieces again is to now spend more money for a chance drop from a box. Were we ever reimbursed the cartel coins from our purchase(s)?

Honestly I didn't see too many posts about it really. They weren't possibly overly popular so that's why there wasn't too much about it. I believe they were removed because they were level specific and had mods in them.
Maybe at some point the collections version will be replaced with ones that have no level restriction and have no mods in them.
- 6 years ago@Belgorad Interesting. I found this forum thread on the topic. Scrolling through the 14 pages worth of Q and A, no one seems to have referenced reimbursement or replacement at all. This thread is over 6 years old. I saw some recent posts on here the other day too after I had made mine. The gold posts all refer back to making sure we've unequipped and reequipped every piece of the sets so they show up on the account, but don't offer any resolution to those of us who already took those steps. There doesn't seem to be any recourse on our end. Yikes.

The only thing we can hope for happens they update the collection version to a new version without mods or a level restriction. Then if you already had the old version collected, the new version is automatically unlocked.
