All my augmentations have been removed and I have lost artifact authorization.

All of my Augmentations have been removed and some of my artifact gear. I was a sub but have been a preferred played for nearly over a year and I bought artifact authorization ages again. Please can ...

I think i have seen something like this , will have a look what was related, believe it may have had something to do with them being in the cargo hold.

the ones that were in cargohold were fine...the ones they had taken off my gear(I did not) were in my inventory

    Was legacy bank apparantly, I am not sure what actually occured in this thread (link) or how it was fixed though. He has stated using a referral link so likely not related to your issue.

    When my sub ended It said previously authorized by subscription and yesterday I put it in my legacy bank this morning it said "Requires artifact authorization" . Normally i know if you put it legacy bank before subscription ends it will not be authorized but it was in my characters inventory when my subscription ended and was "previously authorized by subscription" and then i decided to put it legacy bank.
