Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem.

Question

Whenever I try to login through the SWTOR website I get the error "Authentication request could not be processed due to a system problem."
I don't have any kind of security key on my account at all and I've never had one, my account is working fine, and I can play the game, but it simply won't let me log into the website.
I've confirmed with the login page that I am using the correct display name, and I've reset and used the correct password.
Whenever I try to log in to my account through the launcher via Steam it works and I'm able to log into the game successfully, it's uniquely for the actual website itself that won't work for some reason.
Please help.

password is under say 12 characters in length ?

Hello,&nbsp;I have the same issue, created a new account yesterday and my password is exactly 13 characters long. That would be the issue ?&nbsp;

I got this same issue can u check to see if this is the right account I don’t have access to my email anymore and I’m not sure I remember the password or not it’s either for display name-sirdexterjohns or Sirdexjohns
