banned for no reason

so i once bought an subscription, but after it was over and it was supposed to extend itself automatically my bank account declined it and because of that i got banned can i somehow fixed it? i'd lo...

Normally at the First Time this goes fast and easy, but for an repeated case it becomes a lot more difficult.

Recently, I checked swtor wishing to play the game...and it seems I have also randomly been banned for no reason. I have spent a great deal of money on my toons and would love to get back into the game.
