Can no longer successfully purchase cartel coins....
Is anyone else receiving the error stating that the purchase of cartel coins malfunctioned, and to either wait and try later (I've waited a few hours and it's still not working) or to try a different payment method ( I also tried that, but it also doesn't work). Is this a known issue, or is there something else going on here? Also note that I used the card in question to buy my lunch whilst I waited for this thing to start working, so I am 100% certain that my card(s) are both fine.
Sometimes the system places a temporary cooldown on purchases, so if you've contacted your payment provider (bank/card issuer/etc.) to confirm there's no issue with allowing the transaction, I'd recommend wait until at least 24h from your last transaction attempt, and then try again. If you still get the error, you'll need to give us a call so that our Account & Billing team can take a closer look.
