Just to confirm you can see the tickboxes ?
The launcher is like a web browser , and can be affected by antivirus and similar that monitor web browser content
- Kosmicosis8 years agoNew NoviceCannot scroll or tab through the window to even see these boxes. I don't run any anti virus other than the default Windows stuff. Also, Windows firewall is off. For reference, I'm using Windows 10.

Give the launcher repair utility (link) a try and see if it has any impact on this

I just ran this application, and it appears there is no difference whatsoever. I still cannot see text on the EULA screen until I do the minimize then restore trick. Then, I still cannot scroll the window nor press "Accept."

I have seen browser extension affect the launcher, but haven't seen this particular issue before , hence offering suggestions for testing
worthwhile disabling all browser extensions as a test as well

"Guess Try going back to 16.12.2 ?
Running on default DPI etc"
I did this. No success. Yes, default DPI.
"worthwhile disabling all browser extensions as a test as well"
Tried this as well. No success.
However, I did find out something interesting. What it seems like is happening is that the input IS working. The issue is the window is simply no animating. I was able to click the body of the window, hit "end" on the keyboard, and do the minimize and restore trick, and there was a different result. I could see the bottom of the text in the window. Clicking "Accept" caused it go to the next window, which I could see if I did minimize and restore. Finally, I did it again, and the 2 check boxes were visible at the bottom. I was able to click them and "Accept" and the window changed. I am now on the downloader, but I still cannot see progress without doing a minimize and restore.
