Not sure why @AHQ_Official marked Belgorad's answer as the solution, because it didn't solve anything. The domain was registered in May 2020. It's August. As I stated in my previous response, I have registered other domains before (.ca, .net and .com), and the SWTOR website accepted those new email/new domains right off the bat. It is specifically the .xyz domain extension that the SWTOR website does not accept, even though the EA/Origins site does. The problem still exists on the SWTOR side. I have since marked it back as unsolved.
