Cannot connect to Star Forge

And now the servers are offline again. In game they sent a message that they were going offline for "maintenance". I mean come on...why bring them up just to take them down again? This is nuts.

Servers appear to all be back online now.

All servers but 1 are confirmed down:

About 20 minutes ago Star Forge came back online.

And now Satele Shan is down also...both show a down status.
