Solved

Cannot log in or reset password or security key.

I still have access to the email on the account and I receive the password reset email, but I’m asked for a Security Key that I no longer have access to. Can't reset password as need said security...

And what are the opening times? I called earlier during the time thats listed, and all I got was "Our agents are currently busy" - Line ended. No queue.

The only opening times I have to share are also listed below each phone number available on EA Help.

Busy periods with no advisor availability can happen, though; please try again later or early tomorrow or Monday if you can't reach out today before the closing time.
