Cannot Perform Character Transfer

I tried to perform Character Transfer on my SWTOR Character  [ Spoiler ] from the Bastion (PvP) to the Harbinger (PvE) today, on 3rd January, 2016.  Both the Bastion and the Harbinger are North Am...

    For the transfer to work a character slot needs to be available

How many slots are left on the destination server ?

 I have seen if only one slot is left it doesn't recognise it , workaround is to create a temp character with that slot and then delete that character and re-try the transfer.

    As I remember, I do not have any more slots left at the Harbinger (PvE).

    I am a Free-to-Play player.
