Cannot sign-in due to not receiving my one time password thru email.

I have been working with SWTOR support about never receiving my one time password after sign on. I have had them change the email address to 2 different working email account and I never get the password. It doesn't go to spam or any other folder. Something must be wrong with my account, like being inactive or something, so that it never ever tries to send out the email.

I was a player when the game first came out and have have a max level character that I do not want to lose. So I would like to somehow get this working. I have away from the game for several years and an not sure how to proceed.
