Unable to login

Hello,

I am also having a problem accessing my Star Wars: The Old Republic account.

My SWTOR account is linked to an old email address that I no longer have access to. The email account was closed years ago, and I cannot recover it.

When I try to log in to my SWTOR account, I am asked to complete two-factor authentication. However, the verification code is being sent to the old email address, which I can no longer access.

Because of this, I am completely locked out of my SWTOR account, even though it belongs to me.

I would like to know if there is any alternative way to verify my identity and recover access to my account, or if the email address associated with the account can be updated.

I can provide any account information necessary to verify ownership of the account.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to support account-related requests here on the forums, so if you're unable to access the email address associated with the account, it'd be best to connect with our Star Wars: The One Republic support team for assistance updating that account information. From there, an advisor should be able to work with you once they verify your account ownership.

Hello,
The email address linked to my EA account was an old indamail.hu email address. Over time, that email service became paid, and I lost access to the email account years ago. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email address and I will not be able to regain access to it in the future.
Recently, I purchased three games through Epic Games. Since my Epic Games account was already linked to my EA account, I was able to sign in to my EA account successfully.
However, if I want to change any account settings or update my account information, I am unable to do so because I no longer have access to the original email address associated with my EA account.
I would like to know if it is possible to update the email address on my EA account or recover full access to the account through another verification method.

Without access to the original email address, the usual steps to change account information won't apply, so the best route is to contact our live support team. Once an advisor verifies your account ownership, they should be able to work with you to update the inaccessible email address to a more current one. You could also choose to add a secondary email address, just to be safe moving forward.
