I've opened tickets and got sent back in a circle. I bought this game when it was shiny and new and decided to come back and play but cannot subscribe. I get the Maintenance screen.
I opened a ticket (Ticket# 38050820) and got a response from [edit: email address removed] which directed me to to http://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support which advised I should send a message to [edit: email address removed] or to open a ticket in the game which isn't an option since I'm not a subscriber. Being told by support@swtor that I'm not going to the right place and to be directed to contact support@swtor is not remotely helpful.
Can someone please tell me how I can subscribe to the game I purchased and subscribed to for a very long while so I can enjoy the product I have invested time and money into?
Just to confirm you created a ticket via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=origin&platform=pc&category=manage-my-account&issue=banned-or-suspended-account ? and they could not see any issue with your EA/Origin twytcher account that your posting from ? it appears to be banned.

Yes, that's the ticket number reference I included in my post. I think it got banned with some sort of merging? Not sure.
In SWTOR my user name is TheSCookster but EA has it as Twytcher and both are associated with the same e-mail. It seems that this conflict may be why there is an issue and from what I've read this is a common problem. Being a common problem, I'm surprised it is so hard to understand why there isn't a standard process for addressing it.

Great, I got a prompt responses. Six e-mails telling me to go to http://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support which tells me to either open a ticket in game (which I can't since I'm not a subscriber but want to subscribe) or to send an e-mail to the address that is telling me they can't help with the issue... Six... WTF
My account is not linked to an EA/Origin account. Do I need to link it first?
The EA account 13loodhaze8 is linked to the swtor account that is the one you need to login on and reset the password
this EA account is not the one you are logged in on presently
How do I determine the email that is used for that account name, I have sent the password reset link via the account name 13loodhaze8 but it is not showing up in any of my emails.
