Ok this is known issue now and is being raised to get sorted
Hi I'm suffering the same issues with SWToR, created account in 2012 ish, have cartel coins on there, cannot access the subscription page and seeing the 'maintenance' message, can't remove expired payment card from my account, not receiving emails to reset password for EA account, have spoken to 3 different EA customer support people via email the last of which sent me to find a link 'On the right side of the page you can see Having trouble accessing your account? you need to select this.' which isn't visible for me, not heard back from anyone in the last 48 hours to help with this, I'd really like to subscribe again as I'm really enjoying the game - so created this account to post on the forums as it seems I am running out of options, really frustrated - have tried contacting via UK phone number but lines are constantly busy.
I'd even be happy to start over but I really don't want to lose those cartel coins or the additions I've already bought for my account.
I am at my wits end. Account user affected is KatTruewalker.
I had a automatic renewal set up on one of my cards for my account and it just didn't renew, and now I cant even manually do it on the website just keep getting a maintenance pop up. What am I supposed to do?
I just went on amazon bought a game time card had the code in under a minute and it worked to get me re subscribed
