Cannot Suscribe
I've searched for answers, and I've even tried clearing my cache, restarting my computer, re-linking my EA account, etc. To no avail, I am unable to subscribe. I'm not sure what it wrong with my EA account, honestly. I attached a screenshot of the message I'm receiving.
"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support (https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-support) for further assistance."
That link does nothing for me. The resolutions for some were not helpful, and others resulted in being told contact customer support by phone, but I'm not sure if I'm at that point.
Please help!
seems the linked ea account is still banned from when the swtor account was compromised, it should of been sorted when you fixed the swtor account a few years ago but look like it was missed
call swtor support when the lines are open , and they can get this sorted for you
