Can't abandon Ops Quest?

I recently started playing SWTOR again, and hit a DLC quest in ROTHC that won't let me progress unless in an ops group. (The Quest was Taking on Toborro) No problem, moved on, and started a differen...

My indicator glitched, and was only showing the OPs portal. But did more searching outside the closed entrance. Thank you for your help. I greatly appreciate it.
