Can't access crafting skill after update

I have 4 current characters with SWTOR, recently after the 5.4a update, two of those characters can no longer access their crafting skills unless they are either at the fleet station or on their ship. I have heard through the in game chat that this is a common problem. What's going on and is there any fix coming for it?

Thanks for loooking into the problem. Oddly enough, all my accounts started working correctly about a week ago and have been working ever since. Just wanted to let you know.

I was actually able to reproduce this issue, and I can see at least a handful of others reporting it as well. I'll get it looked at, but in the meantime I'm glad to see it at least works on the Fleet and Starship. Does it work in your Stronghold?

Honestly, never thought of checking that. I'm usually not crafting things in my stronghold. I'll have to check that tonight.

How many characters do you have concurrently running? Are all of them affected the same or just a few of them?

Hey, I just checked to see if my two characters could craft from their strongholds, I hit the U key and tried to travel to my stronghold and nothing happened. I can't even access them for some reason.

Just a brief update. We're looking into this, oddly enough all the reports so far have been coming from characters on the Begeren Colony 🤔
