Can't add a new credit card to my account!!!

in fact i seem to not be able to add even a new payment method to my EA account!!
What country are you located in? What country is your account set to? You can check for a list of what countries are supported for what payment method here
You may need to change it to a different country to select a different payment method. If your country doesn't have any other option then PayPal, the only work around is to purchase a 60 day time card from like amazon or something and use the code they email to subscribe.
Russia Visa, Mastercard, American Express Hello. I have the same problem. And as you can see i can pay by credit card, but i can't add it. I even have no choice. What should i do now?
Try changing your country for your account to like United States, save it and then change it back to Russia to see if it will allow your to choose a different payment method. If not then there may be something going on. I would call customer service and see, if it's account related phone is the only support available for it. Try calling them and see what they say.
