If you can access some servers it can only be a net routing issue
try turning the modem off for 15 minutes and see if it can grab a different ip address to what you have now or ask the ISP if they can give you an IP address in a different range and hope the new ip is not affected
VPN will be a workaround for now, otherwise this should self resolve when the affected router updates its route tables
