Cant redeem (EA store) code on SWTOR

Question

Hello,Ive purchased a SWTOR Standard Edition on EA store yesterday. I went to redeem it on the SWTOR website, but it says "you already have the game and items associated with this product registration code.", would it please be possible to add the gametime on my account or refund this purchase?I tried going through the EA Help first, but it seems to be very buggy as I cant&nbsp;get past filling out basic information (name and email address), it just keeps telling me the page time out and to refresh the page over and overI also tried going through the support@swtor email...but I just got sent to contact EA Help...which i said didnt work for me&nbsp;in the first email :-(Can I get any help here?&nbsp;Thank you &lt;3Edit:&nbsp;SWTOR Display name: WickedTriomOrder Date: 7th June 2023Order Number: 1005094959350Edit2: I am not confident enough in english to communicate this over phone, not to mention getting charged for it as well :-/Edit3: Managed to get past the EA Help issue...it didnt ask for any specifics or even allowed me to describe my issue, it just throws me into "Self Help" about issues with connecting to game servers? What even is this support system 😃

You are best to call swtor support when the phone lines are open , they can help you resolve this&nbsp;

you can try asking for a refund via help.ea.com, when you select the game do not select swtor , select either origin or the EA app and see if they can refund the code

Well.Going through the Order history doesnt seem to lead anywhere as I couldnt find any way to raise a ticket.Tried opening a Refund Request on EA Help with a Live Chat, EA advisor tried to be helpful but said they dont have the tools to issue a refund and redirected me back to SWTOR support...which I tried yesterday (with an answer before I opened this thread) and they told me Customer Support can not handle this stuff over email and I should use the phone lineThe customer service people are nice and try their best to be helpful ( both SWTOR support and EA live chat ) but this entire EA Support system honestly feels incredibly hostile towards customers with intention to be exactly like this..get the customer to give up :-(
