Can't renew my subsciption.

Good day! 
In a previous periods I had some problems with subcribition using bank card. And after this problem, the system admin closed to me the possibility to deposit money throught bank card. Could You please spesify how I can fix this situation and have possibility to use bank card. Thank You. Or send contats, where I could write to them

    If you've been trying very frequently and you've already contacted your payment provider (bank/card issuer/etc.) to confirm there's no issue with allowing the transaction, I'd recommend you wait until at least 24h from your last transaction attempt, and then try again. If you still get the error, you'll need to give us a call so that our Account & Billing team can take a closer look.

    It's been a year ago 😉 
    This situation can solved only throught phone call ? 
    I'm from Ukraine, and as I understand there is no support with this way. 
    Or You have skype contacts ? 
    Can I create ticket and then transfer it to Billing department?

    if you use skype you call the same number 🙂
    and there is no other way than a phone call to get this resolved, I am afraid.
