To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account nicolas19121980 (not the account your on nowthat account uses a gmail email, it is "not" your swtor email

use the following link (insert the right gmail email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

  • Hello

    Thanks for the quick reply.

It didn't work and I think why. Last month I have made a fussion of my two EA Accounts. The Nicolas19121980 doesn't exist any more.

I think I'm going to need to call to the support telephone to resolve it. Or if you give another solution.

    Thanks

Just be aware if you delete the ea account nicolas19121980 it will permanently break the linked swtor account and that swtor account will never be able to purchase or add any gametime

  • Sorry It keeps reseting me the password for Nicolas19121980 and can't access that account

Are telling me that I will loose all Legacy in SWtor if i don't fix this?
