Cant Reset Password - Serial Numer/Security Number.

Hello, I am Brazilian and Im sorry about my bad english.

I got this subs account that I forgot the password and when I try to reset the password, the system asks for a secutiry number. I had this app installed on my last mobile, so I had to reinstall on my new mobile but the app still asking for Game Serial Number and a I dont have it.

So i cant reset my pass cuz I dont have the security number, and I dont have the security number because I dont have the serial number.

Does anyone with the same problem?

In your case you will have to call them, look at the VoIP options,

make clear that your English is not so good or ask for someone who speaks spain there should be a good chance for that.
