Can't reset Password
I know the information try to reset my password and says I need a security key. Well the authenticator is not in the google play store. I don't want to create a new account as I'm a preferred user.
if you dont know the password and dont have access to the security key you need to call swtor support when the lines are open to remove the key manually to allow you to reset the password on the account
recommended security key is the google authenticator now as detailed in this help article
