Support said the swtor account is fine on their side , for them it looks like a payment issue with bank decline 

try removing and re-adding the payment method or try a different payment method initially

Sorry it still says error - and my banking works fine on every single website I buy stuff from, except EAs.. I have no doubt where the problem lies.. I don't get why EA makes it difficult to give them money - but if it's not fixed it's not fixed.

you can try calling swtor support when the lines are open , however a team captain did say your account has no issues and it appears as bank decline on their system

if you cant try a different payment method , maybe try linking swtor to steam , see https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-on-steam and purchase via steam or buy a game code if its an option for you

I'm not going to "call support" if "support" want to talk to me - they can call me. However I called my bank - and they have no idea what the issue is and since I don't have the issue anywhere else - I'm just going to spend my money elsewhere. I does annoy the crap out of me however since I've played SWTOR since beta and I don't really feel that it's being appreciated.

I have identified the problem - and I really should get a months sub for this because it is NOT my job to fix EAs * website.

The problem is that on some payment transfers (and it's website based error) it doesn't prompt verified by VISA or 3d secure - which is mandatory for all EU bank transfers.

Now could you please fix your damn website??

I should of asked if you were in Denmark earlier as that is an issue specifically to Denmark for some reason ( not sure why )
