You will need to call swtor support when the lines are open , they can assist fixing the account issue you have
My subscription that I've had for a few years now has been randomly ended and I'm unable to continue it either paypal or debit card. It just says "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."
I tried purchasing a sub through steam but it still hasn't recognized the subscription. Is calling the only way to fix it?

so have the screenshots ready , as you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue you have
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona vinriel (not Shinyanata your posting on now) that EA account uses a wp.pl email
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
When support checked they couldnt see an email from , so have the screenshots handy as you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to fix the account issue you have
